Learn To Surf Group Lessons

The learn-to-surf lessons we provide at Coolangatta, on the beach of Rainbow Bay, are one of the best on the Gold Coast, if not Australia.

Our easy-to-learn technique has our surfing students up and surfing in the first 20 minutes of the 1.5 hour lesson on the safe rolling waves of Rainbow Bay, which are the perfect learn-to-surf waves for beginners.

Our experienced and friendly instructors are in the water for the entire lesson, encouraging and helping the students, insuring they have a safe, rewarding and enjoyable experienced.

Our instructors are former professional surfers, fully qualified, that provide a safe and fun introduction to surfing.

The boards we provide are of high quality. The soft boards make our lessons fun and easy. Rash vests and wetsuits are proudly powered by Billabong.

All equipment including surfboard suited to your abilities. For beginners we use soft, stable surfboard which are easy to balance, paddle, stand & surf on

Coolangatta surf school operates all year round. We supply our customers with warm full-length Billabong wetsuits for the colder months or rainy days.
